Bonnie’s Bio

Bonnie D. Ferrell, a Change Leadership Consultant, has spent many years coaching and team building. Her years of service at leading organizations in the industry has allowed her the right environments in which she has cultivated her skills to perfection, making her one of the most outstanding change leadership consultants around.
Ferrell has a solid education base that gave her the perfect launch pad to her career path. With a PH.D. (in Organizational Leadership), and two MBAs (one in Professional Psychology, and the other in Human Resource Management), Ferrell has the right education blend on which she erected her career building blocks.
Through her long and highly productive career, Ferrell has enjoyed some of the most exciting roles in top performing companies, taking great responsibilities on her shoulders.

Operating as a Quality Assurance Auditor (1996 – 2008), Ferrell trained and prepared various departments for the ISO9000/2 annual certification audit. She also instituted processes to ensure compliance, and performed monthly audits to secure sustainability. She also mitigated quality defects through training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Her roles at Ford Motor Company Chicago, IL 60615, as Paint Process Coach (2010-2015), and currently as Paint Senior Process Coach/Diversity Champion (2015-to date), have allowed her to: manage paint application and processes, provide leadership to exempt and non-exempt employees, ensure sealer applications are accurate, among other aspects such as effective planning and team building.

As Production Lean Facilitator (2005 – 2008) at Chrysler Corporation Warren, MI 48019, Ferrell instructed lean principles to the workforce through rigorous training. She also assisted in recruiting new team leaders for various departments, and/or monitored their acumen on the objectives and/or procedures of the lean process.

Apart from the highlights of Ferrell’s career mentioned here, she has enjoyed many supervisory roles that have given her additional exposure to a variety of business scenarios. This has helped her become a well-rounded professional with the right business acumen and demeanor for ensuring the best quality and creating great leaders for tomorrow.
As a Change Leadership consultant, Ferrell’s role entails providing leadership, training and support to assigned business units. This mentoring and supportive role has targets which include achieving "Best-in-Class" performance levels by eliminating waste in all operational and business processes, with the ultimate goal of improving service and establishing an environment that’s geared towards continuous improvement.
 
More specifically, Ferrell aims to facilitate achievement of business cadences through all manufacturing activities, which may include aspects like building team based infrastructure, ensuring daily deliverables, promoting diversity and continuous improvement, total quality management, quality auditing, among many other elements.
